The bedrooms of this jaw-dropping eighteenth-century palace are decorated with a mixture of antique furniture, stucco ceilings and large fireplaces, whilst not compromising on modernity by all being kitted out with a flat screen TV. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows feature in many rooms and the beds are large and made up with only the most comfortable of materials. Some bedrooms boast incredible views of the Tagus River. Towelling and bedding is changed every day if you desire and a mouth-watering continental breakfast is served on the patio to entice you out of bed.
