Just got back after 9 nights at Matthijs's house which has been a great holiday. The house itself is as listed and beautiful, very clean and tidy and only 5 minutes walk from the main square where there are a number of very good restaurants. Overall see more

The house itself is as listed and beautiful, very clean and tidy and only 5 minutes walk from the main square where there are a number of very good restaurants. Overall the location of the house is very good for a number of different trips, ferry taxi to PortimãoPraia de Rochaa 10 minute taxi/Uber to CarvoeiroLagoa that both have lots to do and a variety of good restaurants. Host Matthijs was very responsive and answered quickly all of the questions we asked.

We had the most perfect relaxing stay at Casa Senang. The house is cool and serene as well as being spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds most comfortable. As for the outside space, the plunge pool was so inviting and we asee more
We had the most perfect relaxing stay at Casa Senang. The house is cool and serene as well as being spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds most comfortable. As for the outside space, the plunge pool was so inviting and we ate breakfast and lunch outside everyday. Great restaurants and cafes are a short walk away as is the water taxi to Portimaothe bigger beaches although Ferragudo’s beach is only a little further. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Everything was spotlessly clean, we had all of the amenities we needed (and more), and the whole design was gorgeous. The outdoor space was amazing, with comfortable furniture, a very inviting pool and a handy BBQ area. We were two families staying here with babies, and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable and pleasant stay. Ferrugado is a tranquil, friendly and fun place to explore. Would definitely recommend!

A gorgeous place to stay, located a few minutes walk from the local town and beach where there were plenty of shops and restaurants. The pictures do not do this justice, it was absolutely perfect for us and our 3 year old. Would happily stay again!

Wow! What can I say. This place was amazing. Completely exceeded my expectations. The house was modern and clean and lacked for nothing. Decor was really cool too! Perfectly located to comfortably walk into the old harbour town of Ferragudo offering a plethora of restaurants and bars catering for all budgets. The outside area was spacious and the plunge pool a welcome bonus. The hosts were readily available and quick to respond to any questions and even posted out all the clothes I inadvertently left behind in super quick time. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, laid back holiday in fantastic surroundings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is pretty amazing. Great open plan space and very well furnished. You’ll find everything you need here and with the local town being small is walking distance to beaches, bars and restaurants. Definitely see more
