A perfect home for a family or large group of friends, available for short or mid term rental.
This spacious townhouse located in charming Restelo, close to the popular area of Belém.
Belém is one of the most historic parts of the city, home to the Jerónimos Monastery and Belém Tower, Lisbon’s most iconic monument that rises from the river like a fairytale castle. You are within easy walking distance to the tram to take you into the centre, or to the trains which run along the coastline to beautiful Cascais and several beaches.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and can sleep a total of 8 people, so plenty of breathing space for longer term stays.
Downstairs has a large open living / dining area with contemporary minimalist interior design details including exposed cement pillars and plenty of light natural wood. The sleek marbled kitchen with gold design details has an open flow into the dining area so hosting dinners and watching children comes easily. The living area opens onto a spacious garden with luscious trees and foliage to create a private hideaway while still being located in the city of Lisbon.
There’s a sun kissed outdoor dining area to enjoy al fresco eating all year round. A generous sized plunge pool and wooden deck areas for lounging and relaxing.
Upstairs, you will find two double rooms and one room with twin beds that share a bathroom. Additionally, there is an en-suite bedroom featuring elegant marble details.
