Wine Country Villa is a contemporary rural retreat designed for generous gatherings in the heart of Alenquer.

Inside, the villa offers an abundance of space and flexibility, with multiple lounge areas, dining tables and terraces all oriented towards the pool and countryside views.

The main living room and kitchen on the first floor are framed by glass doors that flood the space with natural light, creating a bright, welcoming heart to the house. There are six comfortable bedrooms in total, four of them suites with their own bathrooms, complemented by air conditioning throughout for heating and cooling, and underfloor heating in all rooms except the attic and cellar. Two expansive family suites of around one hundred square metres each provide exceptional space, featuring combinations of emperor, super king and super queen beds alongside additional single beds or sofa beds. A further flexible downstairs area of around one hundred square metres can function either as a second living room with television, dining table and bathroom or as a seventh bedroom, with sofa beds that are ideal for extra adults or children. In all, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to nineteen guests, including fifteen adults and four children, with two sofa beds reserved for the little ones and cots or toddler beds available on request.

Beyond the interiors, the villa extends naturally into its outdoor living spaces.

The terraces and garden have been designed for relaxed entertaining, with two outdoor dining tables, two barbecues, a pizza oven and an inviting lounge area with a fireplace that comes into its own on cooler evenings. A private swimming pool forms the focal point of the exterior, bordered by sun loungers and seating for lazy afternoons in the sun. An exterior bathroom with toilet and shower serves the pool and garden areas, keeping outdoor life easy and comfortable throughout the day.

The surrounding wine region offers a rich blend of nature, culture and experiences.

Set in the charming town of Alenquer, around forty five minutes from Lisbon, Wine Country Villa places guests at the heart of one of Portugal’s historic wine producing areas while remaining within easy reach of the capital. Days can be spent visiting local vineyards on guided tours, enjoying curated wine tastings, joining nearby yoga retreats or arranging wellness treatments in the privacy of the villa, all available on request at the time of booking. Scenic drives, country walks and village visits complete the experience, making Wine Country Villa an ideal base for families and groups who wish to combine rural tranquillity with the convenience of quick access to Lisbon..
