With space for up to eleven guests, daily housekeeping, and a design that feels both elegant and playful, the villa is well-suited to memorable holidays, relaxed gatherings, and restorative breaks.

Cascais Orangery welcomes up to thirteen guests across four well-designed bedrooms, including a playful family room with bright red bunk beds. Each space is generously sized, with many opening onto private terraces, and several offering quiet desk areas, ideal for reading, writing, or switching off. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms, each with its own character, some minimalist, others with a touch of personality, like a lime green freestanding bath. At the centre of the house, the open-plan living area is framed by floor-to-ceiling glass that fills the space with natural light and brings the garden in. A sculptural, metal-clad fireplace anchors the room, surrounded by a large L-shaped sofa designed for both comfort and conversation. A grand piano adds an understated note of charm, ready for impromptu moments. The flow between dining and lounge areas is relaxed and easy, finished with polished wood floors, rich velvet upholstery in burnt oranges and deep reds, and curated modern artwork. Daily housekeeping is provided from 8.30am to 4.30pm, maintaining the villa with quiet efficiency. While the laundry area is for staff use, personal garments can be taken care of on request, and an iron and board are available if needed. Whether you’re gathering with friends, planning a family break, or working remotely by the sea, the villa is designed to adapt, calmly, beautifully, and with ease.

Step outside and you’ll find a private garden designed with the same care and balance as the villa itself. This is outdoor living that encourages slow afternoons and long evenings.

The centrepiece of the grounds is the crystal-clear heated swimming pool, maintained 24 hours a day from April through October. Whether you prefer a morning swim or a dip under the stars, it remains inviting throughout the day and night. The pool is surrounded by manicured lawns and touches of colour from purple blossoms, creating a gentle contrast against the clean lines of the house. Floodlights and the soft interior glow lend atmosphere after dark, making the garden as appealing at night as it is by day. An outdoor lounge with a covered sofa offers a shady spot to relax, while the contemporary barbecue area sets the scene for easy, al fresco meals. With a number of outdoor dining spaces and quiet corners, the garden is designed for connection, rest, and ease.
