The villa is a spacious 350 m² and has 5 bedrooms in total, 4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
A unique aspect of this home is the wood-covered office, stacked with books and plush armchairs for work from home and relaxation.
The interior design of the villa reflects a contemporary minimalist style, combined with unique global arts and crafts, featuring unique furniture pieces collected from multiple travels.
On the exterior, the soft pink-washed villa is set amongst a lush garden area, with two hammocks outside for enjoying the tranquillity. The swimming pool is perfectly positioned amongst the greenery.
This property also boasts both an outdoor dining area and a lounging area to enjoy aperitifs in style.
Quinta da Marinha is close to the infamous Oitavos golf course and hotel, a short drive from Cascais and Praia da Guincho with its epic hiking and surfing. There are numerous outdoor activities in the area, alongside historic palaces to peruse in Sintra area.

We had a fantastic time at the Villa and loved the location. The Villa was well equipped and had excellent accommodation for our party of 6. The team were very helpful and quick to respond to our needs - including sourcing a new BBQ to replace the old one. There were 2 areas which we thought could be improved, namely the fact there were only 4 sun-beds for a villa that can up to 10 people. Also, we were not aware that the pool was not heated which was needed at this time of year. The details on the website mention that there is a pool (and there are obviously pictures of the pool), however, it was not clear that the pool wasn't heated. While it was refreshing (bracing!) getting in the pool this would likely influence our desire to return to the property.
