Set in Praia das Maçãs, this four-bedroom villa offers an easygoing seaside escape for families and friends, combining bright interiors, inviting social spaces and a wonderful sense of connection to the coast. With the beach around five minutes away and the centre of the village equally close on foot, the house is exceptionally well placed for both short and midterm stays.

The ground floor centres around a spacious living and dining room, where large glazed doors frame the sea and open directly onto the outdoor terrace. The adjoining open plan kitchen is practical and welcoming, while the relaxed mix of natural wood, vintage inspired furnishings and soft coastal tones gives the home an individual, lived in character. Two bedrooms are located on this level: a queen bedroom with its own bathroom and a twin bedroom with two slightly lower than standard single beds. Upstairs, a second sitting room with fireplace and television creates a more intimate place to unwind, complemented by two further bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and another twin bedroom with standard height single beds, served by an additional bathroom. On the lower level, a games room with table tennis adds an informal space for all ages, with access towards the exterior laundry area.

Outside, the villa has been arranged to make the most of its privileged coastal setting.

At the front of the house, the garden and terrace extend naturally from the main living areas, with spaces for both outdoor dining and relaxed seating. The upper terrace is particularly special, opening onto a broad frontal sea view and offering a dining table, chairs and sun loungers for long lunches, quiet afternoons and evenings overlooking the Atlantic. At the rear, children have their own dedicated area with a trampoline and basketball hoop, while private parking is available for two cars.

Praia das Maçãs is known for its broad Atlantic beach, relaxed local atmosphere and traditional village character, with cafés, restaurants and everyday conveniences within walking distance of the villa. The surrounding coastline invites long walks, beach days and scenic drives, while nearby Azenhas do Mar, Colares and the landscapes of the Sintra Cascais Natural Park offer further opportunities to explore. Sintra itself, with its palaces, gardens and historic centre, is also within easy reach, making the villa an ideal base for combining the simplicity of life by the sea with the cultural richness of this distinctive part of Portugal.
