New concept of a cottage facing the sea at the foot of the rice fields, on the spectacular coast of Portugal, located in the natural reserve of Estuario del Sado, in Comporta.
Cabana Lavanda Villa
The villa has an area of more than 310 m2 in addition to 2000 m2 outdoors and includes four bedrooms (three on the ground floor en suite and one on the upper floor with its own living room), each with its own separate entrance and private outdoor area. With large floor-to-ceiling windows in the different rooms that maximize the impressive views and integrate nature into the villa, a large fully equipped kitchen open to the main living room and an indoor fireplace will allow you to enjoy the warmth of a home. The large infinity pool, two imposing porches and a viewing terrace complete the exterior rooms. All this allows an excellent balance between rustic and modern sophistication.
Relax in the Villa
Enjoy a large garden surrounded by local species, the centenary olive trees and smell the lavenders at the foot of the infinity pool of more than 18 meters. Two large porches and a terrace overlooking the rice fields complete the outdoor spaces in addition to the barbecue and an outdoor cabana supporting the pool. All of this with the right furniture to enjoy rest in each environment. The large living room of more than 100 m2 is connected to the main porch. The fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to enjoy nature integrated into the house. A second 80m2 living room on the second floor joins the heights of the house through a large window.
Resting in the Villa
Three bedroom suite with bathroom on the lower floor, each with access to respective terraces and double entry from the outside and inside of the house. A fourth bedroom on the upper floor completes the stay for up to ten people. Discover artisan pieces and sculptures in different parts of the town, paintings by renowned artists as well as woods and carpentry that will make you feel the spirit of Comporta without leaving the property.
