This rustic cabana, near the idyllic Comporta, known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere, is the ideal location for those looking for a peaceful retreat in a natural setting.

Set close to the beautiful beaches of Pego and Carvalhal, Pego Boutique Cabana is a relaxed Comporta retreat, combining the region’s laid-back style with plenty of space for families and groups of friends.

The interiors have a warm, effortless feel, with natural materials, colourful details and a relaxed mix of contemporary pieces that sit perfectly within the surrounding landscape. The atmosphere is informal and comfortable, designed for long summer days and easy living. The Cabana has six bedrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while three further bedrooms each have two single beds. A spacious children’s bedroom has six single beds, making it ideal for younger guests, and the sixth bedroom has a queen-size bed. The house is fully air-conditioned and also benefits from a private garden, barbecue, fireplace, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and outdoor parking. Housekeeping is included for 2 hours per day, except on Sundays. Bed linen and towels are included and changed every 7 days.

Outside, the private pool is at the heart of the property, surrounded by different areas to relax throughout the day.

A large terrace extends naturally from the house, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living, with space for long breakfasts, relaxed lunches and dinners under the open sky. The garden itself has a natural, informal feel, in keeping with the landscape of Comporta, and offers plenty of room for children to play and explore. With outdoor furniture, a barbecue area and several places to gather or unwind, the exterior of Pego Boutique Cabana is made for spending slow days outside, moving easily between the pool, the terrace and the garden.

Spend the morning by the sea before returning for a lazy afternoon around the pool, followed by dinner on the terrace as the sun goes down.

Just a 10-minute walk away across the beautiful countryside is the sandy beach of Pego. Surrounded by protected dunes and pine trees, Pego and the neighbouring Carvalhal, are renowned for their wild beauty and famous beach restaurants. Here, you can indulge in a spot of surfing or kitesurfing, or simply enjoy a delicious lunch, soaking up the vibes. For the more adventurous, swimming with dolphins or horse riding along the beach can be arranged. A short drive from the Cabana, you will find the fashionable town of Comporta with its hip boutiques, stylish bars and restaurants. Head there at the end of the day to enjoy a spot of shopping and the sunset views across the rice paddies.
