Inside, the villa accommodates up to twelve guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each offering comfort and tranquillity. The principal suite features a king size bed and private ensuite, while a second bedroom with a queen size bed continues the serene aesthetic. A third bedroom with two bunk beds welcomes younger guests, while a fourth offers another king size bed in subtle luxury. The final two rooms echo this simplicity, ideal for multigenerational gatherings or two families sharing a refined escape. A fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, juice maker, and washing machine, perfect for longer stays. Air conditioning ensures seasonal comfort throughout, and a private garage easily accommodates two to three vehicles.

The heart of the villa unfolds toward the outdoors, where generous living and dining spaces blend harmoniously with the open air. Expansive sliding glass doors open onto a covered terrace, offering a fluid transition between the cool interiors and the golden light of the coast.

A saltwater pool stretches elegantly across the terrace, heated to eighteen degrees Celsius from April to November, with the option to increase the temperature for enhanced comfort. It becomes the natural gathering point from dawn to dusk, whether for morning laps, leisurely family afternoons, or golden hour swims. A sleek pergola shelters a statement dining table ideal for lingering meals, while smooth stone walls offer privacy without interrupting the sea breeze. Soft lawns invite barefoot play, and the entire terrace glows as the sun begins to set.
