Based just outside of the historic town of Lagos on the beautiful Western Algarve, the Villa Olea is an epic and unforgettable venue to host events from.

Only a 2 -minute drive from the Meia Praia beach, which is the largest in the region, the villa is extremely well situated. A 300 metre, tree-lined drive meanders its way towards the impressive villa, which is nestled in 2.5 acres of matured and manicured grounds. Set over three floors, this white-washed building cuts a fine shape, be it day or night.

Sprawling over 760 square meters, the Villa Olea features 7 en-suite bedrooms and 3 kitchens. On the ground floor, sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors lead onto the sunny terrace beyond. A bar complete with stalls and its own kitchen zone is located next to a large white-washed table which looks directly onto the stunning pool and gardens outside. Bright modern art adorns the walls, juxtaposing effortlessly with the whites, beiges and lime greens of this area. The main kitchen is breathtaking in itself, featuring an central island and huge stove area, decorated with exposed brick work, hanging bulb lighting and neat white cupboard detail. There are 2 indoor tables, both just off the kitchen, one complete with leopard print chairs and table-top details and a piano located right next to it in case you want to throw in some musical entertainment during meals.

A brightly decorated sitting room features its own record player and an exposed fire place in the corner, with sofas and armchairs positioned on a plush purple rug and centred around a stunning coffee table.

A cinema room with state-of-the art equipment and seating for the whole party is the ultimate chill zone. A beautiful marble staircase leads off the main hall inside to the floors above and this is a perfect spot to get that ever-sought-after wedding snap. Ornate statues, iron railings and a guilted mirror crate an opulent feeling that will add to the sensation of whatever event you are hosting. Each of the bathrooms has its own en suite bathroom, many of which are finished with traditional Portuguese tiling in bright colours. The bedrooms each exhibit their own colour schemes and special charms, some with 4 poster beds with billowing white curtains encircling them.

Outside, an irresistible 3 meter deep indigo pool glistens from the garden, along with a flood-lit tennis court for the more pro-active of guests.

Tables can be set up around the pool on the expansive outdoor terraced area, surrounded by soaring palm trees and the luscious green lawns of the villa. A beautiful outdoor bar and kitchenette area is located next to the pool, done up in traditional Portuguese tiling and featuring 2 outdoor stoves. The terrace sweeps into a wide central staircase (which can be candle lit at your request) that leads directly to the second floor and outdoor veranda of the main house. Unquestionably, whether it’s a wedding, film set, or any kind of production, the Villa Olea will dazzle your guests.
