Downstairs, the spacious living room dazzles with a soft light and a traditional iron wood burning fireplace. The modern kitchen includes custom designed storage units, marble worktops and a round dining table. Fully stocked with local Portuguese ceramic crockery, for stylish evening meals and dinner parties.
Upstairs, we find four doublebedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds and a bedroom with a custom-made double bunk bed. Ideal for adults and kids alike. Bathrooms are designed in a traditional Melides style with bespoke wooden sinks.
The interiors are reminiscent of the Comportan style, with a wood lattice detailed staircase leading to the second floor, stone washed cream walls, a natural colour palette and locally sourced woven artefacts.
Outside is unique, with two large dining and lounge areas, including a dining table and oven, perfect for outdoor summer cooking and BBQ’s. The lounge area is sheltered by a gazebo, covered in delightful foliage to protect from the summer sun. The property is surrounded and protected by native tree varieties, creating a highly private and peaceful setting. A tiled patio leads to a private swimming pool with plenty of space for children to roam around the property grounds and play.
Central Melides is only a 10-minute drive away, you’ll find Praia de Melides and its white sands only 5 minutes away. The local golf courses are a mere 20-minute drive, along with the buzzing Comporta, only a 15-minute drive away. Lisbon city centre is 40 minutes, with easy airport access. The perfect location for beach, nature, and entertainment.
