As you step into The Blue House, you will find five spacious bedrooms, each designed to accommodate two guests. We had a great stay at Casa Azul de Silves. The villa was impeccably clean when we arrived and decorated with great taste! The location is perfect: just a few minutes' walk from the castle and surrounded by several charming little restaurants. We parsee more

The location is perfect: just a few minutes' walk from the castle and surrounded by several charming little restaurants. We particularly liked the Churrasqueira Valdemar, the O Forno do Fraser pizzeria, as well as a small Doçaria do Sul pastry shop. There are also several supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. We have a great memory of our stay and highly recommend this house!

We had the most wonderful time in Silves - the property location is fantastic, walkable and central yet quiet and positioned in a peaceful spot. The Blue House is exactly as described. Well maintained and great amenities. The pool was perfect size for our toddler daughter to splash around safely and great for a cool off in the heat. The pool was maintained whilst we were there - twice in a week stay. The host left a welcome pack on arrival which after a long commute from Sydney, Australia so really appreciated and made all the difference. Great communication with the Host for any questions we had and recommendations including a driver who was fab. Can’t recommend this place enough for a Silves stay with family and friends.

The condition of the villa was amazing, from the pristine bathrooms to the timeless architecture, our time spent at the Blue House is one we will not soon forget. The host was flexible with the check-in time and communicated with us daily to ensure we had no issues. In summary, our experience at the Blue House exceeded all expectations. The owners provided recommendations, quick to respond and left us to enjoy our trip. We really appreciated the welcome hamper with lots of goodies after a long day’s travel. There was building work happening nearby however that did not impact us. The house is better than the pictures. I absolutely recommend.

The location is perfect as it is within 10 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants and the historical castle. I would recommend a car as the surrounding areas are well worth visiting and the road network is easy to navigate. Matthijs and Catarina were quick to respond to any query we had and provided excellent recommendations.
